Top Knox Cleaning guarantees to arrive and clean to meet and exceed the client’s expectations. If we do not meet expectation we will send a cleaner out for a reclean free of charge to the client as soon as conveniently possible. If we are unable to work out a time for a reclean, Top Knox Cleaning will issue a partial refund to the client. Refund amount determined by management. Reclean/refund offer invalid after 48 hours of clean completion.
*Please avoid booking cleaning services while other services are being provided on the property (painting, moving, carpet cleaning, etc). Inconvenience fee will be charged.
*Top Knox Cleaning LLC along with cleaning professionals reserve the right to cancel/reschedule clean if deemed unsafe. Inconvenience fee will be charged.

Respect for Your Home
We take great care in every home and treat your belongings with respect. While our team follows professional cleaning protocols, cleaning services inherently involve working around personal items and finished surfaces.
Client Responsibility for Fragile or Hazardous Items
Clients are responsible for removing, securing or safely repositioning fragile, surface damaging liquids, valuable or leak-prone items prior to service. This includes (but is not limited to):
plug-in air fresheners, essential oil diffusers, candles, open liquids, decorative items placed on finished surfaces and unsecured electronics.
Pre-Existing Conditions & Product-Related Damage
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear or damage caused by client-owned products placed on surfaces. Certain household products (including oil-based plug-ins and diffusers) are known to cause surface damage over time, even without being moved.
Reporting Concerns
Any concerns or claims must be reported within 24 hours of service and include clear photos of the area in question. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for review.
Resolution & Remedies
Our satisfaction guarantee focuses on service quality. When concerns are reported, we will review them carefully and may offer a refund or service credit as a goodwill resolution where appropriate. Replacement or reimbursement of personal property is not guaranteed and is determined based on verified evidence of negligence and fair market value.
Third-Party Review
In rare cases where a third-party carrier becomes involved, we will cooperate with any standard review process. Documentation may be provided upon request by an insurer.
Cancelation Policy:
If a client needs to cancel a cleaning they will need to do so before 24 hours prior to clean to avoid a $30 dollar cancelation charge. If the cleaning professional arrives at the home and is unable to gain entry there will be a $50 dollar inconvenience fee charged.
